Originally from Newmarket, Ontario, 29 year old Jay now lives in Calgary close to the Canadian Olympic Park Superpipe and Freestyle Training Centre. He was a world cup medalist and member of the Canadian National Freestyle Team for 7 years and retired from World Cup in 2000. Jay is now the Head Coach for the Central Alberta Freestyle Team and runs a private coaching business in the Alberta area. On the side he is also involved as a design consultant and athlete scout for Nordica Canada.
Jay has also been involved in the Freeride scene since the birth of the sport as a coach and a competitor. He’s is also one of our top Reps, handling all teams in North America.
